If the TV does not display content:

- TV food.
- Internet connection on TV.
- The DS-GO Player application must be running.

When trying to publish a file, the Publish button is not active:
If, when you try to publish a file, the Publish button is not active, check whether the tag and at least one day of the week (Data show) are specified in the file display properties. If the day and tag are specified, but the button is still not active, make sure that the specified tag is actually used by the device template channel.
Device registration code is not displayed:
If the registration code is not displayed, check the Internet connection of the playback device.
Insufficient device memory to download content:
If space limit is displayed in the SYNC device status during publishing, this means that the device does not have enough memory to download this amount of content.
Solution 1 – remove part of the content from the publication (remove tags).
Solution 2 is to use external memory – an SD card or USB flash drive (for a player on Android OS). When you connect external memory, the player will automatically download all previously published content and begin playback.
Device not available (offline):
A device can have offline status in several cases:
-The device is turned off;
-The software player on the device is not running or has been deleted;
-No Internet connection;
-Blocking by antivirus;
Uneven playback of video content:
The reasons for uneven playback (stuttering, slowing down, jerking, blinking) can be
insufficient processor power, video chip or lack of RAM of the playback device.
Solution:
- use content with a lower resolution (1280×720 or lower) and bitrate (optimally 5-7 Mbit/s, H.264 codec, profle: basic);
- use a more powerful playback device (X96-MAX Plus or analogues).
Incorrect sleep time:
If your device’s sleep time differs from that specified in its settings, check your time zone settings.
The time zone can be configured in the Device / Settings section. You must specify the time zone of the location where the playback device is used.
Wi-Fi does not work on TV-box:
Check if the Ethernet cable is connected to the TV-box. Wi-Fi is not active if an Ethernet cable is inserted into the device.
Video content is played only in one zone of the template:
Android devices do not support playback of two parallel video streams. Use video content only for one of the zones.
Is it possible to change the tag name?:
Yes, you can. Changing the tag name will not affect published files and device settings, just the new name will be displayed instead of the old name.
